Inmersiva XR by FUTURA SPACE

Read the instructions carefully and follow directions in the correct order.

FUTURA SPACE Platform (Beta) is playable on both PC and Mac browsers. Not mobile. As a gaming platform, it is highly recommended but not mandatory, to use a mouse in order to improve the user experience. 

1. Press the Run Platform  button.

2. Three options will appear:    

   - Register: click here to register and have access to all networking tools. You must select a username a password and click sign up.    

   - Play as guest: click here if you just want to be a spectator. A pop-up message will appear notifying that networking tools will not be enabled. Press continue and set a username or a random one. Press enter button.    

   - Login: click here if you have already registered and want to access with your profile. Enter your username and password. Press the Log In button.


3. Choose a room based on the PC / Mac you are using.    

   - Gaming PC/MAC: you will be able to access rooms with a greater number of user capacity. (150 - 100 players per room).    

   - Standard PC/MAC: you will be able to access rooms with an average number of user capacity. (60 players per room).    

   - Old PC/MAC: you will be able to access rooms with a lower number of user capacity. (35 players per room).

4. Profile panel. A welcome message will appear. Press Let’s Go.

    - Public profile: On the left you can fill in the data you want to share with other users. This will be your business card.

    - Avatar customizer: On the right you have available the customization tools. You can choose your accessories, outfit, skin tone, hair, etc. Press save once you are satisfied with your profile.


5. You will appear in front of the meeting point in the virtual world.    

   - In front you will have a sign with the information of Sònar + D.    

   - If you follow the arrow you’ll enter a room where the lectures are broadcast.    
   
  - We remind you that the platform is an open world. You have the freedom to tour the island, take a dip on the beach and who knows... maybe find an adventure.


6. Platform Interface In the upper left corner, you have three functionalities:

- Player button. Pulse here if you want to go back to your avatar profile and change any data or customization.

- Chat button. Click here to open or close the general chat. This chat is public to all players. Everyone can read what you type in. To speak privately with someone you must 1. add them as a contact or 2. click on their avatar.

- Friends button. Press here to see your contact list or to add new ones. To add new friends you can 1. type in their username or 2. click on their avatar. The friends you have on your contact list will appear in green when they are connected.

In the upper right corner, you have one functionality:

- Show Stats button. You can check how many fps the computer is running and see the total number of connected users.

In the lower right corner, you have two functionalities:

- Report a Bug button. Click here to report a software bug. A bug is an error, flaw or fault in a computer program or system that causes it to produce an incorrect or unexpected result, or to behave in unintended ways.

- Rate Us button. Press here to fill out a short survey about our platform. In this way you will help us optimize and improve the user experience.

7. Networking tools. When you click on any other avatar, you will get three options:

- Player button. Pulse here and you’ll be able to see the player business card.

- Private Chat button. Click here and chat privately with this player.

- Friends button. Press here and add this player to your contact list.
